Artist Evaluation
A variation on our Evaluation Sheet template, for gathering feedback from artists that you have worked with.
About Artist Evaluation
When gathering feedback from Artists that you have worked with, there are a few key questions to ask, as described here. This will help you to understand what the artist gained from the project, what could have been better, and if the artist had received sufficient support; all comments can then feed into your future projects.
It is important to be clear what the information will be used for, that details will be confidential, and any quotes used from the feedback will be anonymous.
Download our Evaluation Sheet template, and adapt for gathering your own feedback from project artists.
